The Right Way to Start Your MLM Business in 2012 – Let 2011 Go!
Dear friends,
Compliments of the season to you. I hope you had a great time during the holidays. I certainly did as I travelled over to see my folks in some other parts of the country. And even though I thought long and hard before going, it certainly was worth it.
Now I am back and feeling certainly better and 2012 looks very promising to me. My results in 2011 were mixed because of some circumstances beyond my control and I sincerely hope that those circumstances would be at their minimum because my plan for the year is full already.
When a friend of mine saw the draft of this post on the 1st of Jan, he said I should do my best to publish it either that day or on the 2nd, but life happens and I would tell you that it is better I post this later than never. I hope posting it today is not late for you.
So let’s go ahead and discuss the right way of starting the new year…
Let 2011 Go!
You see, we all wished 2011 was a perfect year. We all wished that all our dreams and aspirations would come to pass in 2011, but alas they didn’t. I am aware that some people had a fabulous year, and congrats. But if you are like me who is always looking to improve, there were certain things I wished I could have accomplished in 2011 that I didn’t.
You know what, don’t beat yourself up. Don’t lose sleep.
Friend, 2011 is gone.
As we venture into the days of 2012, it will be a long-lost memory of your past, one that you can never go back and re-do, change, alter, or rewrite.
Let me ask you an honest question:
Are you happy with the results you created in 2011?
Are you happy with the income you built in 2011?
Are you fulfilled with what you accomplished in 2011?
A wise man once said, “You can’t change your past, but it is unwise not to learn from it“
Honestly, it doesn’t matter what 2011 looked like for you. Whether or not it was your most profitable year on this planet or your worst year to date financially.
Why?
BECAUSE 2011 IS OVER.
LET IT GO.
2011 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 2012.
2011 DOESN’T DICTATE WHAT 2012 WILL LOOK LIKE.
But there are secrets that 100% of the top leaders and income earners will
embrace in 2012 to double, triple, and even quadruple their incomes.
It has to do with a vision.
It has to do with a decision.
It has to do with a mindset.
It has to do with strategies.
The 2011 chapter of your life is OVER
The 2012 chapter is about to begin.
What will it look like? 10 years from now, when you look back on 2012, what will you see?
Will this be the year you finally break free from the chains of corporate America and take your life back? Be able to get that money to send the kids to school, begin that project.
It can be. But you have to START 2012 OFF PROPERLY, OR IT WILL BE EXACTLY LIKE 2011 (or worse).
You can still write that exam in 2012. You can still go to that school in 2012. You can still release that album in 2012. You can still start that business in 2012. You can still open that store in 2012. You can still travel for that vacation in 2012. Hope against hopes. Pick yourself up. No one else can do it for you. Take the journey out. Spread your wings!
Take Responsibility in 2012!
Know that it is YOUR business. Learn to brand yourself and position yourself, and draw on your personal power to step up and become the leader one must become if one wants to be successful.
Learn to take responsibility for your success and stop blaming your past failure on companies, sponsors, the economy and whatever else you could find to blame.
Take charge! Take responsibility!!
This is to a terrific year 2012. Together, let’s make things happen!

It’s crazy to keep the past within..let it go and take a decision. That’s right, everything starts with a decision and nothing is lost as long as you take massive action toward your goals.

What an inspirational blog post to begin this year! I love your emphasis on “2011 is OVER”! If we can honestly say that the results that we ARE HAVING is not what we would love to have, then CHANGING is the sure way to get DIFFERENT results.
I totally agree with you that to take control, we need to take full responsibility and learn from the leaders who have achieved GREAT results.
I agree with Radu that MLM Success Online is not “Mission Impossible”. I would argue that for some people, offline strategies work well too. We still do traditional meetings in our primary business as the presentation also involves people feeling the amazing team energy! It is wonderful to have ‘ordinary people’ from all walks of life sharing their product and/or business testimonials.
