Well hello there…

My name is `Tosin Adeoti. Welcome to my Online Office!

I am an Online Entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people build successful businesses on the Internet in a way that is attractive, fun and deeply satisfying so that they can live ideal prosperous lives.

Like most people, I did not start out successful in life.

When I was younger, I told different people I wanted to pursue different careers when I grew up. Ranging from a Medical Doctor to an IT professional to an Astronaut. And that`s because I never saw a profession that to me was perfect for my personality at that time. Eventually, I settled to study Civil Engineering in College due to the influence of a family member. But truth be told, I didn’t have an ounce of passion for beams, columns, slabs, highways and the likes. I wanted much more.

While in College, I came across an incredible set of people at the Believers` Love Fellowship. Never seen people with such love before. I came to understand that God is neither an inexistent being nor is He an indifferent personality who is so concerned with the rest of the universe that He doesn’t give a damn about me. He is also not a big fat bully always looking over my shoulders so interested in catching me make mistakes. Nope!!! Instead I discovered that He is so unreasonably in love with me that instead of me working my butts out to catch His attention, He instead stooped very low to catch mine by a demonstration of unfathomable love.

Being a Christian gave me such a sense of direction. The principles of Christianity seem to me to be very applicable in real life.

I knew that I didn’t want to be at the mercy of a job. I wanted more. Deep inside me I knew the things I didn’t want to do, I just couldn’t point a finger on what exactly I would do. I started reading and researching and doing all the personal development stuffs. From my study I learnt about the concept of network marketing. Unfortunately, everything that I ever heard about the industry was horrible. I just didn’t want to get involved.

But part of the process of personal development is re-learning. When I saw people like Stephen Covey, Donald Trump, Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki, Bill Clinton, Mark Hensen, Robert Allen, Richard Branson, Tom Peters, Jim Rohn, Paul Zane Pilzer, Doug Wead, Zig Ziglar, Sylvester Stallone,  Jim Collins, Pat Utomi etc endorsed the industry, I didn’t just want to discard it as a façade. So I started my own research and I realized that it is indeed the most democratic way of wealth creation in the history of the world.

Coincidentally that`s when one of my good friends told me about a network marketing opportunity. The entrepreneurial spirit within me began to stir and awaken and I knew that THIS was what I had been waiting for.

I immediately thought I was going to make millions and became increasingly more and more disappointed when my efforts turned into failures time and time again.

I would do testimonial printouts to tell people that what I was involved in was working with no result. I would buy CDs to give out, no way. I was pasting posters in public places. I was holding meetings and doing the referral bit. I was spending and spending without making a dime.

Some people even thought I was crazy. I could actually see that people were avoiding me. I had people see my calls and not pick up. I never imagined such humiliation!

Calling garbage leads all day and talking to people who have no business being entrepreneurs. Scheduling and making follow up calls. Answering objections and dealing with the “my company is better than yours” crap.

I was at a point in my career as a networker where I had done it all as far as the normal status quo was concerned. I was broke, lacking in courage and self-confidence.

But my focus on personal development was still going strong. Even though I experienced many setbacks and seeming ‘failures’, it was precisely what I needed to go through to help me grow.

Discovering the Power of the INTERNET…

“There has got to be a better way” I kept repeating to myself. So after about a year of struggling I took my problems online. I started reading books and reading other successful people`s profiles. What I discovered was devastating. People were also very unsuccessful online!

But still I knew this is an entirely new world in front of my eyes that I never knew even existed! Fortunately for me, I decided to align myself with a very successful internet network marketer, one of the most down-to-earth persons I ever had the opportunity of meeting, and the experience was literarily life-transforming for my business.

Because of my alignment with this guy, I got plugged into the most brilliant marketing system you will ever encounter on the web.

I learnt the art of communicating with people. I discovered where to find an endless supply of people, ready and waiting to speak to me on the Internet using a simple, fool proof method that had people eating out of your hand in next to no time. This means that I was able to EARN MONEY FAST too.

I learnt to be the HUNTED instead of the HUNTER. I understood to be PURSUED instead of being the one pursuing people. I discovered how to make people CHASE me with cash-in-hand. It was a paradigm shift!

Interestingly I was not exposed to a long and complicated training program. It’s this which often leads to new online business owners feeling confused, overwhelmed and frustrated and which sadly often results in them giving up their dream before they have even had a chance to make it happen.

I am pleased to say I did finally figure it out but there were a few things I had to learn first:

I learned that to be successful in business you have to build it one brick at a time and be prepared to hang in there for as long as it takes.

I learned about attraction marketing via Mike Dillard’s “Magnetic Sponsoring”. This changed everything I had ever known about network marketing.

I realized that my business had to be about me first and foremost. I learned to brand and position myself, while drawing on my personal power to step up and become the leader one must become if one wants to be successful.

I learned to take responsibility for my own success and I stopped blaming my past failure on companies, sponsors, the economy and whatever else I could find to blame.

I realized that the problem was me. I knew I had to become stronger so that I could change my life regardless of the fears and the obstacles I encountered.

I also learned how to market properly using the power of an attraction marketing system.

I have been sharing what I learned ever since with whoever wants to learn the secrets to building a successful business on the Internet in a way that is attractive, fun and deeply satisfying.

 

My Role…

And now, besides my desire for people to realize that God is incredibly interested and deeply in love with them, I have a great desire to help people create a real SHIFT. There are way too many people right now who live in fear and are completely unaware of their true essence. They settle in life… They settle for an unfulfilling job, they settle for superfluous relationships, they settle for mediocrity, and they live lives of quiet desperation. I am looking to assist people who are looking to build a successful business on the Internet in a way that is attractive, fun and deeply satisfying so that they can live ideal prosperous lives.

I do what I do because…

I love the freedom it gives me – the freedom to work for myself when I choose and where I choose. The freedom to determine my income and the freedom to live the kind of life that is important to me. I get to be creative, help others, travel extensively and have a whole lot of fun.
