MLM Prospecting Call: Is This the Best Live Prospecting Call?
If you are interested in taking your MLM business to the next level, one of the things you must be a master at is not just the art of driving traffic and lead generation, but also the art lead conversion via Phone prospecting.
While the average home based entrepreneur is busy obsessed with getting tons of traffic and leads, the top producer is busy obsessed with turning the leads into customers and partners.
No doubt, you could make sales and get some affiliate commissions by not connecting with your leads or prospects, but if you want to build an empire in this business you have to pick up the phone and CALL your prospects.
Honestly, I think that one of the major reasons people run online is due to weakness. They are scared of talking to people. They are scared of picking up the phone. They dread hearing that voice on the other end.
They want to hide behind the computer and refuse to make that human connection.
Hey, it doesn’t work that way.
You gotta pick up that heavy, heavy phone and make that call.

Some people give the excuse of not knowing what to say on the phone as the reason they are not calling their leads. Problem solved!

Yeah, been a while Sherman. I guess you’ve been busy. Busy is good.
Phone skills are where the deals are at. It’s amazin how a person would be great at generating leads say 30leads/day yet poor in phone skills, and another would be great at phone calls and he’d generate say 4-5 leads/day, the one with the phone skills would make more money and have more peoplr in the team.
Like I said, this industry is not about leads, but conversion and duplication.

Excellent tips about the importance of real connection via the phone (or Skype). It is great observation of yours about picking up the phone being one of the greatest weakness for online marketers.
I come from the traditional offline marketing background, I used to be afraid of doing anything online. Now, I have a blog as my main hub, allowing others to know a bit more about me.
My point is, whatever is it that you fear, FACE it and MASTER it. Do what successful people do. This is the sure way to Greatness!

Yes, you don’t really need that many leads, actually you only need about 5 a day. They key here is to pick up the phone and call them. Don’t be a leads leader be a signups leader.
