How to Avoid the Trap of Incessant Product launchesThere is an ugly trend I see these days on the internet. And it is that of stacking up so much knowledge and using none of them.

Have you ever seen anyone go crazy on product launches and allowing himself to be so emotional when viewing sales pages that he outrightly buys everything he sees on display?

Sure you have!

All in a bid to be successful on the internet, people rack up bills on their credit cards.

It is estimated that over 170,000 start a home-based business every month.

Believe me a great percentage of them fail because they get into this feeling of getting ready to get ready.

Don’t Get Me Wrong…

Some of you might be wondering out aloud, “What is wrong with product launches?”

And I answer, “Nothing is wrong with product launches.”

Obviously I’ve purchased products from the internet and I still plan on doing so in the future.

But you might want to consider this: Success in this industry is not as complex as we tend to make it to be.

If you want to be successful as a network marketer, here are two things you need to do:

  • Get Quality leads
  • Get them on a presentation, webinar or a live event.

It’s that simple!

Now obviously, there are many things embodied in between those two. But know this:

“Even before the arrival of the internet, people had always being making money in Network Marketing.”

In fact, I still know people who still make money in Network Marketing without the tremendous leverage of the internet.

The great advantage of the internet is the leverage it gives through the myriad of marketing methods that makes it easy to get laser-targeted leads.

However,

…this could also be a Network Marketer’s Downfall

You see, you do not need all these marketing methods that the so-called gurus are ‘copywriting’ you to pay for.

Believe me, you already know enough to start on your journey to success.

Don’t be haphazard. Don’t insist on knowing all the article marketing tactics, craiglist techniques, video marketing secrets, forum marketing strategies etc.

You will only run into tons and tons of debt.

Rather insist on getting yourself started on a particular method of marketing and do it faithfully. Move on consistently devoted in that direction.

Don’t worry about anything else just focus on the task at hand and get results.

I have been in the industry for a while and I have seen people of all kinds get amazing results with all kinds of methods. So don’t tell me you’re not getting results you desire and therefore want to jump ship.

Focus is the key!

My Sincere Recommendation…

I understand what it means to be a newbie.

You are excited! There is an emotional roller-coastal.

You are thinking to yourself that nothing in the world can stop you now from earning some crazy cash from the internet!

You are saying now is the time to show that good-for-nothing boss of yours that you can finally quit your 9-5 job!

***sighs***

Tread carefully! Don’t get burnt!

Don’t go chasing after PPC or some advanced copywriting skills now.

I advise that you start with Social Media (facebook, twitter etc) for the following reasons:

  • It is free
  • It is huge
  • Done the right way you can make money from the onset
  • In my own opinion, it has the shortest learning curve
  • You get to develop very strong personal relationships

When done the right way, Social Media is a place to start and then move on from there.
